Terms and Conditions
The minimum amount billed is the deposit price, with each additional hour billed according to the
corresponding overage price at 1/2 hour increments.
There is a no reschedule fee. A $20 - $40 Fee will apply to orders confirmed 48 hours or less prior to
your requested move date and time.
Please call if you need a same-day booking (a $40 fee applies if successful).
All orders require a credit card to be authorized for the amount equivalent to the reserved package in
order for the job to be officially confirmed.
There are no additional fees for up to 3 floors or levels utilized without an elevator but a fee may apply
for each additional Floor or Level.
All start times are approximate.
There is no travel fee charged within a 25 mile radius of a major city (population of 100,000 or greater)
there is no additional charge for packing and unpacking, although any packing / unpacking or
assembly / disassembly services must be communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellation of order of service is subject to the following terms:
Valid Cancellation:
You may only cancel by calling Movinghelp4hire.com, 7 days a week, between the hours of 7:00am
and 6:00pm MST, at least one (1) calendar day prior to the scheduled date of the order of service. If an
operator is not available to take your call, you must leave a detailed message stating your cancellation,
including your full name, and order number.
An order cancelled before the scheduled order of service will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee. Your
cancellation fee can be used as credit on future moves up to 12 months from the date on your receipt.
You will be charged the cancellation fee (and rush fee if applicable) on the credit card that was
authorized for that order of service.
If service providers arrive at the location(s) stated in the order of service at the scheduled time, and
nobody is there within 30 minutes of scheduled time to commence the job, the order will be deemed
an invalid cancellation, the workers will depart from location and you will be billed as an invalid
cancellation of service.
There are absolutely NO refunds granted for completed orders of service.
We do not offer any refunds, returns, credits or exchanges for packing supplies and boxes.
We are dispatchers and coordinators of moving helper services utilizing a proprietary network of
verified individual moving helpers as well as affiliated moving companies.
We do not employ moving helpers - they are our partners and are paid exclusively for services
rendered.
The customer is responsible for providing moving equipments such as dollies and hand trucks.
We never provide a truck.
Packing materials are to be ordered separately and shipped in advance if packing services are
required and to be rendered.
Items over 300 pounds must be included in your order and otherwise may not be moved if your
designated moving helpers so chooses.
No Sunday or Holiday moves without prior approval, call Dispatching for prior approval.
Credit Card Reversal and or unable to collect on Payments for services rendered shall be reported to
the following outside services for collections: Collection Agency, Recovery Agency, Credit Bureau,
Small Claims Court.
The moving helpers shall be liable for damage to items which are "Dropped" by the moving helpers
during the use of service.
No other damage claims will be awarded and or processed.
Items, Objects and or Appliances which are damaged by being "Dropped" by the workers will have a
"Replacement and or Repair" value of $0.40 (cents) per/pound.
Please note, that most Home Owners or Renter's Insurance Policies cover damage to Items, Objects,
and Appliances while being relocated by the Owner of said Items, Objects, and Appliances via. Rental
Moving Vehicle.
